We keep each other safe

The Vermont Mask Collective is a state-wide mutual aid group dedicated to distributing free high quality masks and tests, creating accessible public health resources, and educating and advocating for our communities. We are disabled run and use a Disability Justice centered approach to mitigate the impact of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and other airborne pathogens. We uphold principles of inclusivity and fight ableism, eugenics, racism, and all forms of oppression through our work. We acknowledge that we are living and working on the stolen land of Abenaki, Mohican, Missiassik, Pennacook, and Pocomtuc as well as the many native peoples whose names and stories have been lost to colonization. We also recognize that Indigenous sovereignty is essential to all of our liberation.
